- Collection of security deposits and pet deposits as required.
- Coordination of repairs or maintenance to the rental property.
- Payment of expenses related to repair or maintenance of the rental property.
- 24-hour emergency on-call service provided.
- 24-hour emergency contact and response service for all residents.
- Full management contracts.
- Tenant interviews and screening including, but not limited to, previous landlord references and employment reference checks and ensuring satisfactory credit reports.
- Thorough Condition Inspection Reports upon move in/out.
- Collection of monthly rents and depositing directly to your account.
- Obtain competitively priced repair and maintenance work and conduct regular reviews of contractors to ensure competitive pricing ensure WorkSafe BC coverage and adequate insurance.
- Provide detailed monthly income/expense reports.
- Home Check Service (optional).
